SM 3-1 B230/B237/D042 Replacement Adjustment 3. REPLACEMENT AND ADJUSTMENT 3.1 BEFOREHAND ƒ Before installing options , please do the following: 1. If there is a fax unit in the machi ne, print out all messages stored in the memory, the lists of user-programmed items, and the system parameter list. 2. If there are printer jobs in the machine, print out all jobs in the printer buffer. 3. Turn off the main switch and disconn ect the power cord, the telephone line, and the network cable.
