    HSelect [Programd. User/Group] using {U} or {T}, and then press the {OK} key.
    All the user (destination) names in the specified group appear.
    IPress the {User Tools/Counter} key.
    Removing a Name from a Group
    ASelect [System Settings] using {U} or {T}, and then press the {OK} key.
    BSelect [Administrator Tools] using {U} or {T}, and then press the {OK} key.

    CSelect [Address Book Management] using {U} or {T}, and then press the {OK}
    key.
    DSelect [Program/Change] using {U} or {T}, and then press the {OK} key.
    EEnter the registration number you want to delete using the number keys or
    the Quick Dial keys, and then press the {OK} key.
    Press the key of the user to be deleted or enter the registration number from
    the number keys.
    You can automatically specify registration numbers 001-032 by pressing the
    Quick Dial keys.
    Press [Search] to search by name, destination list, registration number, user
    code, fax number, or folder destination.
    FPress the {OK} key.
    GPress [Details].

    BSelect [Administrator Tools] using {U} or {T}, and then press the {OK} key.
    CSelect [Prgrm./Change/Delete Group] using {U} or {T}, and then press the {OK}
    key.
    DSelect [Program/Change] using {U} or {T}, and then press the {OK} key.
    EEnter the registration number of the group that you want to delete from us-
    ing the number keys or the Quick Dial keys, and then press the {OK} key.
    You can automatically specify registration numbers 001-032 by pressing the
    Quick Dial keys.
    Press [Search] to search by name, destination list, registration number, user
    code, fax number, or folder destination.

    You can stop senders names or folders being accessed by setting a protection
    code.
    You can use this function to protect the following:
    Folders
    You can prevent unauthorized access to folders.
    Senders names
    You can prevent misuse of senders names.
