“Telephone Plug-in” pop-up
w indow for incoming call
When a call is received, “Telephone Plug-in”
displays a pop-up window (Microsoft Office
Outlook contact list) on your computer display to
let you know there is an incoming call.
R If the caller’s phone number does not match a
contact in the Microsoft Office Outlook contact
list, a new contact window is displayed with the
Caller ID information for the caller (if the Caller
ID information contains the name and phone

phone numbers to the base unit and handset
phonebook independently, and assign each
phonebook entry to the desired group.

Chain dial
T his feature allows you to dial phone numbers in
the phonebook while you are on a call. This
feature can be used, for example, to dial a calling
card access number or bank account PIN that you
have stored in the phonebook, without having to

Special programming
Night mode
N ight mode allows you to select a period of time
during which the unit will not ring for outside calls.
This feature is useful for time periods when you do
not want to be disturbed, for example, while
sleeping. Night mode can be set independently for
each base unit and handset.
Important:
R Set the date and time beforehand (page 13).
R If you have set the alarm, the alarm sounds
