¥What if the call destination is busy?
If the destination of a DID call is in busy status, the caller may hear a
busy tone or the call is redirected to the IRNA destination. This is
determined by System Programming (Section 4.2.7 System - System
Option, (18) Destination Busy-DID in the Installation Manual).

Direct Inward System Access (DISA)

operator assistance as if the caller is an extension user in the sys-
