Call Forwarding to Voice Mail When you forward your phone to Voice Mail, your incoming calls automatically go to your mailbox. Your callers can leave a message instead of calling back later. Conversation Record While on a call, you can press your Record key to record the conversation in your mailbox. Voice Mail stores the conversation like any other voice message. You can then save, edit or delete the recorded conversation. Ask your communications manager if you have a record key.
