USING ARS TO PLACE A CALL This section tells you how to place a call from your telephone if ARS is enabled for your system. For additional information on how to use your telephone, refer to your extension’s Feature Handbook. ARS WITH SMDR ACCOUNT CODES (FORCED ACCOUNT CODES) ARS may require you to enter an SMDR Account Code before the call you dial can be placed. The number entered can be any valid SMDR Ac- count Code (refer to SMDR Account Code in your extension’s Feature Handbook). The Forced Account Code feature is enabled in system pro- gramming.
