This feature allows a synchronous data terminal connected to a Dterm/Data Adapter to call a synchronous data
terminal connected to a synchronous Dterm/Data Adapter through the CCIS network.

STEP 1:ASDT - Assign levels 1, 2, & 3 of a PA-4DTL as TEC = 16. Also assign an RSC and SFC.

This feature allows an Attendant, in a CCIS network, to set Supervisory Call status before releasing a Central Office
call to a station. When the call is extended to a station, the loop will remain up until the called station answers. This
