General Description
This feature permits an Attendant to enter a busy trunk connection within the NEAX2400 IMX, via the Attendant
Console [A-3]. Upon activation, a warning tone will be heard by the connected parties, after which they will be
connected with the Attendant in a three-way bridge.
Operating Procedure
1. Press the TKSL key.

5. DICTATION ACCESS [D-3]: ATTENDANT OVERRIDE will be denied towards the Dictation Access
trunks.
6. PAGING ACCESS [P-1]: ATTENDANT OVERRIDE is denied to the Paging Access trunks.
7. DATA PRIVACY - CCIS [D-67] [D-68]: To prevent interruption of data transmission, the Attendant
cannot override a trunk connected to a busy station line when the user activates this feature.
