    Attendant Activity
ReportsThe Attendant Activity Reports option on the Reports menu is used to display the
statistics that are routinely calculated by AMS to reflect operator activity for any
    specific day.
    Figure 3-26 Attendant Activity Reports
    General Information
Each night at midnight, statistics are calculated from data gathered for AMS
operators since the previous night at midnight and labeled with the month and day
covered. For example, the statistics gathered from midnight of July 6 to midnight
of July 7 are stored in a file named 07.07. The current day’s statistics, therefore,
can be viewed only after they have been formatted at midnight. Attendant Stats
maintains each statistic file for two weeks, after which it deletes the file from the
system. For example, the attendant activity statistics file for July 7 is removed on
July 21. Note that AMS error messages are displayed at the bottom of the statistics
file when the reports are viewed.
    Display Fields
The statistics show operator activity in these fields:
Login / Logout –The times at which the operator logged into and
then out of the console, with the total work time
    computed for each operator.
Internal Answered–The number of calls from internal sources that the
    operator answered while on-line.
