Page 61 8-2 Replacing the Fluorescent Lamp or Starter. 1. Remove 3off security screw (M5x12) and remove the top retaining bracket. 2. Remove the Header Acrylic. 3. Replace the Fluorescent tube or starter. 4. Reassemble in reverse order.

Page 62 8-3 Replacing the Camera 1. Remove 4off security screw (M5x20) and remove the Camera Joint Assy. 2. Disconnect the connector. 3. Remove 1off pozi head screw retaining the cable clamp. 4. Remove the Camera PCB Assy from the Camera Joint Assy by gently pulling the retaining tab to the right to release the PCB . 5. Replace the Camera PCB Assy. 6. Reassemble in reverse order.

Page 63 8-4 Replacing the Camera Housing 1. Remove the Camera Joint Ass y. (see section 8-3 page 62) 2. Remove 3off pozi head screws (M4x6) and 1off pozi head screw (M4x8), with flat and spring washer, and remove the Camera Housing. 3. Reassemble in reverse order.

Page 64 8-5 Replacing the Credit Available / View Change Switch 1. Remove 4off security screw (M5x12) and 2off security screw (5x20). 2. Disconnect the connectors and remove the Steering Vac-form. 3. Remove the switch/lamp assembly by pulling it out from the switch body. 4. Replace the switch or lamp. 5. Reassemble in reverse order.

Page 65 8-6 Removing the Steering Wheel 1. Remove 3off countersunk socket head screws and remove the centre cap. 2. Remove 3off countersunk socket head screws and remove the steering wheel. Note: When replacing the steering wheel ensure that the steering wheel shaft is in the centre position and the wheel is fitted with central spoke pointing downwards.

Page 66 8-7 Replacing the Steeering Assembly 1. Remove the steering vac-form. (see 8-5 page 64) 2. Remove 4off pozihead screws (M5x20) and remove the Steering Support Bracket B. 3. Disconnect the Steering Motor and Steering Potentiometer connectors. 4. Remove 4off hex head screws (M6x20) and remove the Steering assembly.

Page 67 8-8 Replacing the Steering Potentiometer 1. Remove the steering assembl y. (see 8-6 page 65) 2. Remove 2off hex socket head screws (M4x10) holding the potentiometer mounting bracket to the front plate. 3. Slacken the grub screw (M4x10) and remove the potentiometer complete with the mounting bracket. 4. Page 68 8-9 Replacing the Drive Belt 1. Remove the steering assembl y. (see 8-6 page 65) 2. Slacken the adjustment screw (hex head M6x60). 3. Slacken the 4off hex nuts to remove the tension from the belt. 4. Replace the drive belt. 5. Tighten the adjustment screw (M6x60) to tension the belt correctly. Note: Do not over tension the drive belt. 6. Retighten the 4off hex nuts. 7. Refit the steering assembly. Note :After replacing the drive belt ensure that the game is re-initialized.
