Page 71 8-12 Replacing the Brake Damper 1. Remove the pedal assemble. (see 8-9 page 68) 2. Remove 4off flange socket head screws (M6x8) and remove the brake damper assy. 3. Replace the damper assy and reassemble in reverse order. Note :After replacing the damper ensure that the game is re-initialized. (see section 7 page 57)

Page 72 8-13 Replacing the Pedal Stop Rubber 1. Remove the pedal assembl y. (see 8-9 page 68 ) 2. Remove the countersunk washer nut and hex head screw (M6x60). 3. Replace the stop rubber. 4. Reassemble in reverse order. Note :After replacing the damper ensure that the game is re-initialized. (see section 7 page 57)

Page 73 8-14 Replacing the Monitor The monitor is heavy. Ensure that at least two people are available to remove the monitor, and ensure that there is sufficient space to work safely. 1. Remove the 2 upper security screws (M5x16) and loosen the 2 lower security screws (M5x16) and remove the rear panel 2. Disconnect the monitor connectors and earth wire. 3 . Remove the steering vac-form. (see 8-5 page 64) 4 . Remove the steering wheel. (see 8-6 page 65) 5. Remove 2off pozi head screws (M5x20) and...

Page 74 6. Remove 2off security screw (M5x20), 4off security screw (M5x16) and remove the Monitor Centre Moulding. 7. Remove 2off security screw (M5x20). 5off security screw (M5x16) and remove the Monitor Face Upper, Monitor Face and Monitor Mask as one assembly.

Page 75 8. Remove 4off Hex head screws (M8x16) complete with washers B. 9. Slowly tilt the monitor forward and then lift the monitor out from the front. 10. Replace the monitor. 11. Reassemble in reverse order.
