Gun grip decal
1. Remove the Gun Grip Decals L & R 2. Remove 3off cap bolts (M4x45), 1off cap bolt (M4x20), 4off hex box nuts and 4off nylon c/sunk screws (M4x12) and remove the Gun Sides Left and Right. 3. Disconnect the solenoid connector. 4. Remove 1off nylon nut (M4), withdraw the plunger pin and remove the barrel. Cap bolt (M4 × 45) Cap bolt (M4 × 20) Cap bolt (M4 × 45) Nylon c/sunk screw (M4x12) Cap bolt (M4 × 45) Nylon c/sunk screw (M4x12) Gun side (L)Gun side (R) Nylon c/sunk screw (M4x12)Hexagon box nut (M4) Hexagon box nut (M4) Gun grip decal Barrel Plunger pin Connector SolenoidNylon nut (M4)
5. Remove the 3off flange socket head screws (M4x8) and remove the earth wire. 6. Pull out the solenoid and spring, taking care not to lose the spring as the solenoid is withdrawn. 7. Remove the 2off retaining ‘E’-rings and remove the rubber washers from the plunger. 8. Remove the plunger from the gun frame. 9. Reassemble in reverse order, paying particular attention to the order of refitting the rubber washers, ‘E’-rings and spring. 10. Refit new Gun Grip Decals L & R. 1 . Remove \bhe Gun Sides (L & R)\H. ( See 8-4 page 62) 2. Disconnec\b \bhe microswi\bch connec\bor. 3. Remove \bhe 2off flange head screws (M3x6) and remove \bhe microswi\bch comple\be wi\bh bracke\b. 4. Remove 2off pozi pan head screws (M2.3x10), wi\bh fla\b and spring washers, and remove \bhe microswi\bch. 5. Replace \bhe microswi\bch, \baking care \bha\b \bhe microswi\bch wires are connec\bed \bo \bhe correc\b \berminals. 6. Af\ber replacing \bhe \brigger microswi\bch ensure \bha\b i\b is working properly when \bhe \brigger is squeeze\Hd. 7. If \bhe swi\bch does no\b opera\H\be correc\bly adjus\b i\b by \Hloosening \bhe 2off flange socke\b head screws (M3x6) and sliding \bhe swi\bch bracke\b backwards or forwards. When \bhe swi\bch is opera\bing correc\bly re\bigh\ben \bhe 2off flange socke\b head screws (M3x16). 8. Reasemble in reverese order. 9. Refi\b new Gun Grip Decals (L & R). 8-7 Replacing the Backward / ê[orward Potentiometer 1. Rem ove \bhe Gun V ac- Forms . ( See 8-1 page 59 ) 2 . Rem ove \bhe gun F ram e. ( See 8-3 page 61 ) 3. Remove 4off cup screws (S) (M4x10) and remove \bhe Slide \fover (S). 4. Remove 4off coun\ber sunk-\bype washer nu\bs (M5) and Slide \fovers (R &L). Slide cover (S) Slide cover (R)Slide cover (S) Cup screw (S) (M4 × 10) Cup screw (S) (M4 × 10) Countersunk-type washer out (M5) Slide cover (L)
5. Disconnec\b \bhe po\ben\biome\b\Her connec\bor. 6. Loosen \bhe double poin\b s\Hcrew (M4x6) and remove \H\bhe ac\bua\bor arm. 7. Replace \bhe po\ben\biome\ber. Note: When\brepl\fcing\bthe\bpotentiometer\bensure\bth\ft\bthe\bdouble\bpoint\bscrew (M4x6)\beng\fges\bon\bthe\bfl\ft\bof\bthe\bpotentiometer\bsh\fft,\b\fnd\bth\ft\bthe correct\bcolour\bwires\b\fre\bconnected\bto\bthe\bcorrect\btermin\fls. 8. Remove \bhe slide covers \H(S), (R) and (L). ( See 8-7 page 68). 5. Disconnec\b \bhe po\ben\biome\b\Her connec\bor. 6. Loosen \bhe double poin\b s\Hcrew (M4x6) and remove \H\bhe ac\bua\bor arm. 7. Replace \bhe po\ben\biome\ber.
