Page 37 5-1 Fitting the Header Assembly The Header Assembly has a forward centre of gravity, so it is important that at least two people are used to fit or remove the Header Assembly. The fitting position of the Header Assembly is very high, and it is important that a means of reaching the height safely, without stretching, is available. (e.g. steps, step stools etc.) 1. Page 38 4. Remove two Pozi Pan head screws (M4x12), flat and spring washers, and remove the connector cover plate. 5. Connect the connector and refit the connector cover plate with the two Pozi Pan head screws (M4x12), flat and spring washers.

Page 39 5-2 Fitting the Ride Base Assembly 1. Place the Ride Base Assembly close to the monitor cabinet, ensuring that the Side Safety Rail is to the outside. 2. Remove 8off security screws (M5x12) and remove both Base Front Cover Plates. 3. Connect the connector between the Ride Base and the monitor cabinet and push the Ride Base up to the monitor cabinet, taking care not to trap the cable or connectors.

Page 40 4. Fit 4off Hex head screws (M10x35), flat and spring washers to join the ride base to the monitor cabinet. 5. Refit the base front cover plates and secure with the 8off security screws (M5x12). 6 . Initialize the game before playing.
