JOIN
The inactive plane resets.
15. Wait 10 - 20 minutes, then enter FILE STAT REDUN first 
from the active plane and then from the inactive plane. 
The system should be IN SYNCH. Once the system is 
synchronized, the database is downloaded to the 
inactive plane.
16. Enter DBMS STAT first from the active plane and then
