OFF HOOK ROUTING (PROGRAM 83) **** Description: This program is used to assign a hotli.ne/primetime destination for each station. The destination may be one of the following: l Station l Station Group . Trunk l Trunk Group l System Speed Dial Number Programming: 1. Press [#I. 2. “Programming” is displayed. 3. Dial [83]. “Hot and Warm Line” is displayed. 4. Press the DSS key of the station to be programmed, for example, DSS 02 “EXTOZ:” and the current date is displayed. 5. Enter the new data for the desired hot/warm line destination as follows: l For a station, press the associated DSS button. l For a station group, press * plus 1 - 3 (” + 1,2,3). l For a trunk, press the associated CO line button. l For a trunk group, dial 9 for trunk group 9 or 7 for trunk group 7. l For a system speed dial, dial 10 - 99. l To clear the data, press your own DSS button.
IHOTLINE DELAY TIME (PROGRAM 84) **** Description: ’ This program is used to set the amount of time for the hotline delay. Station users with hotline-delay will be connected to their hotlinedewination after this timer has expired. Programming: 1. Press [#I. “Programming” is displayed. 2. Dial [84]. ‘Warm Line Display” is displayed. 3. Press the DSS key of the station to be programmed, for example, DSS 02. “ExtO2: xx set” and the current time is dispIayed. 4. Enter the new data (00 - 99 set). 5. Press [#] to save and exit. Conditions: l Default - 05 DELAYED RINGING (PROGRAM 85) **** Description: If you select ‘individual Ring Mode” in MMC 60, the fim station will ring until the hunt &lay time (MMC85). After the delay time, a second station begins to ring, then the next one, and so on. @J Hunt delay tiine: 1. Press [#I. ‘Programming” is displayed. 2. Dial [85]. ‘Hunt Dly:OlOS” is displayed. 3. HALT PRGCESSING (PROGRAM 90) **** Description: This program is-used to reduce the cal.lactivi& to zero, so that the system-may be powered down without disconnecting any calls in progress. The technician level password is needed for this MMC. “Programming:” is displayed. Press [90]. Programming: 1. Press [#I. 2. 3. 4. 5. “Passcode” is displayed. Enter the technician passcode.
