COOLING, INTERCOOLING ANDHEATING
SYSTEMS Check cooling, andheater systems forleaks and
pipes/hoses forsecurity andcondition. Refillortop up
as necessary.
CAUTION: Itis important thatthecorrect
procedure isfollowed whenrefilling or
topping upthe cooling systemtoavoid
trapping airinthe system.
WARNING: Donot remove capsandplugs
when engine ishot because cooling
system ispressurised andpersonal
scalding couldresult.

and radiator.

DUMP VALVE
Remove 1. Release 2retaining clipsandliftair cleaner from
its cradle sufficiently togain access toelement.
2. Unscrew wingnutand remove endcover.
3. Unscrew secondwingnutand withdraw element
from aircleaner casing.
4.Clean interior andexterior ofcasing andcover.
5. Squeeze opendump valveandcheck that
interior isclean. Renew valve,ifperished. Refit
6. Fitnew element, sealfirst, intocasing and
secure withwing nut.

Brake fluidwilldamage paintedsurfaces; cleanup
