5-8Maintenance Cleaning the Printer Clean the inside of the printer whenever the toner container or the waste toner box is replaced to maintain the best printing quality. To maintain optimum print quality, it is also recommended that the inside of the printer be cleaned once a month as well as when the toner container is replaced.
