Install a memory DIMM CAUTION:Handling a DIMM without wearing a grounded, antistatic device might damage the DIMM. Touch any metal part of the product or other grounded metal before touching the DIMM. 1. Clean the paper path from HP ToolboxFXUse HP ToolboxFX to clean the paper path. This is the recommended cleaning method. If you do not have access to HP ToolboxFX, use the process from the control panel. 1.Make sure that the product is turned on and in the Ready state, and that media is loaded in tray 1 or tray 2. 2.
