[SELECT FROM ALL] [SELECT BY IMAGE SEARCH] Create books from your favorite photos. Creating a PhotoBook Viewing Photobook Editing and Deleting Photobooks Select [NEW BOOK] for [PHOTOBOOK ASSIST] in the playback menu and choose from the following options: Choose from all available pictures. Choose from pictures matching selected search conditions. Neither photographs or smaller nor movies can be selected for photobooks. 1. Scroll through the images and press the selector up to select or deselect. To display the current image on the cover, pr ess the selector down. Press [MENU/OK] to exit when the book is complete.2. The first picture selected becomes the cover image. Press the selector down to select a different image for the cover. Highlight [COMPLETE PHOTOBOOK] and press [MENU/OK] (to select all photos or all photos matching the specified sear ch conditions for the book, choose [SELECT ALL]). The new book will be added to the list in the photobook assist menu. 3. Books can contain up to 300 pictures. Books that contain no photos are automatically deleted. [EDIT] [ERASE] Photobooks Photobooks can be copied to a computer us ing the supplied MyFinePix Studio software. See Also MyFinePix Studio (opens in another window) Highlight a book in the photobook assist menu and press [MENU/OK] to display the book, then press the selector left or ri ght to scroll through the pictures. Display the photobook and press MENU/OK. The following options will be displayed; select the desired option and follow the on-screen instructions. [WITH DATE] [WITHOUT DATE] The [PRINT ORDER (DPOF)] option in the playback menu can be used to create a digital “p rint order” for PictBridge-compatible printers or devices that suppo rt DPOF. DPOF DPOF (Digital Print Order Format) is standard that allows pictures to be printed from “print orders” stored on the memory card. The information in the order includes the pictures to be printed and the number of copies of each picture. [WITH DATE]/[WITHOUT DATE] [RESET ALL] To modify the DPOF print order, select [PRINT ORDER (DPOF)] in the playback menu and press the selector up or down to highlight [WITH DATE] or [WITHOUT DATE]. Press [MENU/OK] and follow the steps below. Press the selector left or right to display a picture you wish to include in or remove from the print order. 1. Press the selector up or down t o choose the number of copies (u p to 99). To remove a picture from the order, press th e selector down until the number of copies is 0.2. Repeat steps 1–2 to complete the print order. Press [MENU/OK] to save the print order when settings are complete, or [DISP/BACK] to exit without changing the print order.3. The total number of prints is displayed in the monitor. Press [MENU/OK] to exit. The pictures in the current print order are indicated by icon during playback.4. To cancel the current print order, select [RESET ALL] for [PRINT ORDER (DPOF)]. The confirmation shown below will be displayed; press [MENU/OK] to remove all pictures from the order. Print orders can contain a maximum of 999 pictures. If a memory card is inserted containing a print order created b y another camera, the message shown below will be displayed.
