Follow an on-screen guide to take photos that will automatically be joined to form a panorama.
Rotate the zoom ring until the zoom indicator turns white.1. 
To select the angle through whic h you will pan the camera while shooting, press the selector
left. Press the selector up or down to highlight an angle and p ress [MENU/OK] .2.

Pan the camera in the direction shown by the arrow. Shooting ends automatically when the
progress bar is full and the panorama is complete.
Shooting ends if the shutter button is pressed all the way down  during shooting. No
panorama will be recorded if the shutter button is pressed befo re the camera has
been panned through 120°.

For Best Results
For best results, move the camera in a small circle at a steady  speed, keeping the camera
horizontal and being careful only  to pan in the direction shown...

Do not rotate the zoom ring during shooting.
Panoramas are created from multip le frames. The camera may in some cases record a
greater or lesser angle than sel ected or be unable to stitch the frames together perfectly.
The last part of the panorama ma y not be recorded if shooting ends before the panorama
is complete.
Shooting may be interrupted if th e camera is panned too quickly or too slowly. Panning the
camera in a direction other th an that shown cancels shooting.

Use the [Q] button to view and adjust camera settings.
Press [Q]  to display the quick  menu during shooting.
The options displayed in the quick menu can be selected using t he [EDIT/SAVE
QUICK MENU]  option in the setup menu. Quick  menu edit options can also be
displayed by pressin g and holding the [Q] button.

Use the selector to highlight items.
The [Q] button can not be used to adjus t custom white balance, choose a color
temperature, or adjust settings fo r auto ISO sensitivity. These settings can be
adjusted using a function  button or from the menus.

Press [Q] to exit when settings are complete.4. 
For quick access to custom settings banks, press and hold the  [Q] button while the quick
