Press the lPaper Source button until the or roll icon appears on the LCD display. Choose if you want the paper to be cut automatically after each page is printed. Make sure you return the suction to normal after the paper is loaded. 4. Close the roll paper cover. 5. Press the button to hold the paper against the platen. Caution: Don’t pull the paper down further than shown, or it may get wrinkled when it moves into position.

If you see a question on the display about paper settings, select Yes if the settings are correct, or select No and then change the settings. Press OK to save your settings. 7. 57 Using Film and Other Media|57 Removing the Roll from the Printer 1. Open the roll paper cover. 2. Press the button to release the paper. It is rewound automatically. If automatic media tracking is on, the barcode and paper information is printed. 3. If you don’t plan to reload paper immediately, press the button again to exit paper loading mode.

Using the Film Basket Use the film basket whenever you print on Epson film. The film basket protects your prints from smearing or other damage, and can hold prints up to 36 inches (914 mm) long. Lower the paper guides as shown. Compress the side tabs on the guides to release them.Note: If you’re using the optional SpectroProofer, you don’t have to remove it in order to attach the film basket.
