Appendix E Backup Utility What is it? The Backup Utility allows you to make security Backup copies of the statistical data (i.e., the report files) gathered by the ACD. These copies are made to standard 3.5 high-density floppy disks. Saving Call Statistics All call statistics are saved during a system interruption except for the accumulated current Hourly report up to the time of system reboot. For example, if the system is rebooted at 11:30 and the hourly call statistics are collected on the hour, then no call statistics are saved for the period from 11:00 to 11:30.
