SettingaPageSizeandOrientationThepapersizeandorientationareessentiallydeterminedbytheapplicationsoftware.Whenthepagesize andorientationsetfor PageSizeandOrientation onthePageSetup tabaresameasthosesetwiththe applicationsoftware,youdonotneedtoselectthemonthe PageSetuptab. Whenyouarenotabletospecifythemwiththeapplicationsoftware,theprocedureforselectingapagesize andorientationisasfollows: Youcanalsosetpagesizeandorientationonthe QuickSetuptab.1. Opentheprinterdriversetupwindow 2. Selectthepapersize Selectapagesizefromthe PageSizelistonthe PageSetup tab. 3. SetOrientation Select Portrait orLandscape forOrientation .CheckRotate180degrees checkboxwhenyouwantto performprintingwiththeoriginalbeingrotated180degrees. 4. Specifythenumberofcopiestobeprinted For Copies onthe PageSetup tab,specifythenumberofcopiestobeprinted. 3. Specifytheprintorder Checkthe PrintfromLastPage checkboxwhenyouwanttoprintfromthelastpageinorder,and uncheckthecheckboxwhenyouwanttoprintfromthefirstpage. Checkthe Collatecheckboxwhenyouareprintingmultiplecopiesofadocumentandwanttoprintout allpagesineachcopytogether.Uncheckthischeckboxwhenyouwanttoprintallpageswiththesame pagenumbertogether.

SetscaledprintingSelect Scaled fromthe PageLayout listonthePageSetup tab. 3. Selectthepapersizeofthedocument Using PageSize ,selectthepagesizethatissetwithyourapplicationsoftware. 4. Setthescalingratebyusingoneofthefollowingmethods:

Setpagelayoutprinting Select PageLayout fromthePageLayout listonthePageSetup tab. Thecurrentsettingsaredisplayedinthesettingspreviewontheleftsideoftheprinterdriver. 3. Selecttheprintpapersize Selectthesizeofthepaperloadedintheprinterfromthe PrinterPaperSizelist. 4. Setthenumberofpagestobeprintedononesheetandthepageorder Ifnecessary,click Specify...,specifythefollowingsettingsinthe PageLayoutPrintingdialogbox,and click OK. 139
PageLayoutTochangethenumberofpagestobeprintedonasinglesheetofpaper,selectthenumberofpagesfromthelist. PageOrder Tochangethepagearrangementorder,selectaplacementmethodfromthelist. PageBorder Toprintapageborderaroundeachdocumentpage,checkthischeckbox. 5. Completethesetup Click OKonthe PageSetup tab. Whenyouexecuteprint,thespecifiednumberofpageswillbearrangedoneachsheetofpaperinthe specifiedorder. 140
