Check1 Is printer status monitor enabled?
Make sure  EnableStatusMonitor  is selected on the Option menu of the printer status monitor.

Select EnableStatusMonitor  on Option  menu if it is not selected.

If Easy-WebPrint EX does not start or its menu does not appear on Internet Explorer, check the following.
Check1  Is CanonEasy-WebPrintEX  displayed on Toolbars menu in Internet
Explorer's  View menu?
If  CanonEasy-WebPrintEX  is not displayed, Easy-WebPrint EX is not installed on your computer. Install the
latest version of Easy-WebPrint EX from the Canon website.

The latest MP Drivers for your model are available for download on the Canon website.
Uninstall the existing MP Drivers and follow the installation instructions to install the latest MP Drivers that

connection . The printer is detected automatically in the network.
