Setting Up Fax Storage
You cannot use Paging and Fax Forwarding at the same time.
You cannot use Paging and Fax Forwarding when Fax Storage is set to OFF.
Programming a Fax Forwarding Number
When Fax Forwarding is set to ON, your fax machine stores the received
fax in memory, then dials the fax machine phone number youÕve
programmed, and forwards the fax message.
1Press Function, 8, 1.
2Press  or  until the screen displays

Changing Remote Access Code
Enter your Remote Access Code when the fax machine picks up your call,
so you can access features remotely.  The access code is preset to 1 5 9 
,
but you can change this.
1Press Function, 8, 3.
2Enter a three-digit number from 000 to 999. The ÒÓ cannot be
changed.
Do not use the same digits that appear in your Fax Receive or
Telephone Answer Code.
3Press Set.
4Press Stop to exit.

Dial your fax number from a fax machine using touch tone.

When your machine answers and beeps, immediately enter
your Remote Retrieval Access Code (159    ).
