    •  Read all instructions
    •  Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
    •  To protect against electrical shock do not immerse 
    cord, plugs or appliance in water or other liquid.

    inserted in a toaster-oven as they may create a fire

    A fire may occur if toaster-oven is covered or 
    touching flammable material, including curtains, 
    draperies, walls and the like, when in operation. Do 
    not store any item on top of the appliance when in 
    operation.
    •  Do not clean with metal scouring pads. Pieces 
    can break off the pad and touch electrical parts 
    involving a risk of electric shock.
    •  Extreme caution must be exercised when using 
    containers constructed of other than metal or 
    glass.
    •  Do not store any materials, other than the 
    manufacturer’s recommended accessories, in this 
    oven when not in use.
    •  Do not place any of the following materials in the 
    oven: paper, cardboard, plastic and the like.
    •  Do not cover crumb tray or any part of the oven 
    with metal foil. This will cause overheating of the 
    oven.
    •  To reduce the risk of fire, do not place any heating 
    or cooking appliance beneath the appliance.
    •  To reduce the risk of fire, do not mount unit over or 
    near any portion of a heating or cooking appliance.
    •  To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not mount 
    over a sink.
    •  To reduce the risk of fire, do not store anything 
    directly on top of the appliance surface when the 
    appliance is in operation.

    toaster oven.

    When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always

    As a safety feature, this product is equipped with a 
    grounded plug, which will only fit into a three-prong outlet. 
    Do not attempt to defeat this safety feature. Improper 
    connection of the grounding conductor may result in the risk 
    of electric shock. Consult a qualified electrician if you are in 
    doubt as to whether the outlet is properly grounded.
    TAMPER-RESISTANT SCREW
    Warning:  This appliance is equipped with a tamper-
    resistant screw to prevent removal of the outer cover. To 
    reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not attempt 
    to remove the outer cover. There are no user-serviceable 
    parts inside. Repair should be done only by authorized 
    service personnel.ELECTRICAL CORD
    1)   A short power-supply cord is provided to reduce the risk 
    resulting from becoming entangled in or tripping over a 
    longer cord.
    2)  Longer detachable power-supply cords or extension 
    cords are available and may be used if care is exercised 
    in their use.
    3)  If a long detachable power-supply cord or extension cord 
    is used:
      a)   The marked electrical rating of the extension cord 
    should be at least as great as the electrical rating of the 
    appliance,
      b)    If the appliance is of the grounded type, the extension 
    cord should be a grounding-type 3-wire cord, and
      c)    The longer cord should be arranged so that it will not 
    drape over the countertop or tabletop where it can be 
    pulled on by children or tripped over.
    Note:  If the power supply cord is damaged, it should be 
    replaced by qualified personnel. In Latin America, by an

    GETTING STARTED
    • Remove all packing mate\bial, label\f, and an\Fy \fticke\b\f.
    •  Remove and \fave lite\batu\be.
    •  Unpack mounting pa\bt\F\f and \fet them a\fide \Fin a \fafe place whe\be they 
    will not \boll away o\b get lo\ft.
      Imp\frtant: D\f n\ft attempt t\f \fperate appliance until it is pr\fperly 
    installed.
    CHOOSE A \bOCATION 
    When choo\fing you\b location, con\fide\b the following:
    • DO make \fu\be to mount within \beach of an elect\bica\Fl outlet.
    •  DO con\fide\b you\b no\bmal wo\bk patte\bn\f in the kitchen when choo\fing \Flocation.
    •  DO NOT mount ove\b any heating o\b cooking appliance \fuch a\f you\b \bange o\b  
    oven.

    ho\bizontal \fu\bface beneath the unit.

    DETERMINE CABINET \VTYPE
    P\bio\b to taping the mounti\Fng template and beginning to d\bill you\b hole\f, 
    dete\bmine if you\b cabinet ha\f a flat bottom (B) o\b an ove\bhang molding (C). 
    If you\b cabinet i\f flat, follow STANDARD INSTA\b\bATION; if the cabinet ha\f \F
    an ove\bhang molding, \befe\b to OVERHANG MO\bDING INS\VTA\b\bATION.
    STANDARD INSTA\b\bATION (F\bAT CABINET)
    Imp\frtant: Always wear pr\ftective glasses \fr g\fggles t\f prevent injury 
    when drilling.1.   Clea\b counte\btop unde\b in\ftallation a\bea to avoid getting du\ft o\b 
    deb\bi\f on othe\b appl\Fiance\f o\b item\f. Open cabinet\f a\Fnd \bemove 
    content\f to make mounting ea\fie\b.
    2.    Clean both the unde\F\b\fide and top\fide of 
    the bottom panel of the cab\Finet.
    3.    With cabinet doo\b\f op\Fen, place 
    mounting template flu\fh again\ft 
    the \fu\bface of the unde\b\fide \Fof you\b 
    cabinet, making \fu\be to align thick line 
    on template with bottom f\bont edge of 
    you\b cabinet (D).
       Imp\frtant: D\f n\ft ali\Vgn screw h\fles \fn 
    template directly under the parti\Vti\fn 
    between cabinets, as thi\Vs will prevent y\fu fr\fm installing the 
    appliance pr\fperly. Pay cl\fse attenti\fn t\f where the drill h\fles will 
    be set s\f as n\ft t\f damage y\fur cabinets during\V m\funting. Drilling \V
    thr\fugh y\fur cabinet’s partiti\fn may cause damage t\f cabinets 
    and prevent pr\fper installati\fn.
    4.    Fold the template along the edge of\F you\b cabinet \fo the t\Fhick line 
    i\f \ft\baight with bottom f\bont edge; pull 
    template tight and tape do\Fwn to hold 
    in place.
    5.    D\billing f\bom unde\b the cabine\Ft up, d\bill 
    hole\f th\bough the 4 place\f ma\bked on 
    the template, u\fing a 
     1⁄4" d\bill bit (E).
    Imp\frtant: Always ensure y\fu are drilling 
    straight up thr\fugh the marked m\funting 
    h\fle \fn the template. Drilling at an angle 
    may prevent pr\fper installati\fn and may 
    damage cabinets if \Vthe drill bit pierces the partiti\fn.

    6. Once hole\f a\be d\billed, \bemove tape and mounting\F template.
    7.    Wipe du\ft and deb\bi\f off the\F top\fide and unde\b\fide\F of the cabinet 
    \fu\bface.
    8.     Place a wa\fhe\b in\fide the cabi\Fnet ove\b each of the 4 ho\Fle\f you d\billed.
    9.    Hold hood in place, aligning f\bont of hood with f\F\bont edge of 
    cabinet; d\billed ho\Fle\f on cabinet \fhoul\Fd be aligned with m\Founting 
    hole\f on the hood.
    10.    D\bop one of you\b \fc\bew\f th\bough each of the wa\fhe\b\f cove\bing the 
    hole\f in the cabine\Ft, f\bom in\fide the cabin\Fet down.
    N\fte: To dete\bmine which \fc\bew\f to u\fe, you mu\ft have enough of the 
    \fc\bew expo\fed unde\bneath the cabinet to p\bope\bly th\bead the \fc\bew into 
    the nut. 
    11.    Sc\bewing f\bom in\fide the cabin\Fet down into hole\f, tighten 4 \fc\bew\f 
    in place to \fecu\be hood to cabinet.
    N\fte: Alway\f tighten \fc\bew\f to en\fu\be the 
    appliance doe\f not move o\b \fhake du\bing 
    ope\bation.
    12.    Afte\b the hood i\f \fecu\b\Fed, lift the toa\fte\b 
    oven up to mount. Hook the \Fmounting tab\f 
    on the f\bont of the oven ove\b the mounting 
    hook\f at the f\bont of the hood. (\FF).
    Imp\frtant: D\f n\ft pu\Vt m\funting h\f\fks \fn \V
    h\f\fd thr\fugh the m\funting ta\Vbs \fn the 
    \fven. Y\fu must h\f\fk the tabs up a\Vnd \fver 
    the h\f\fks t\f pr\fperly h\fld. 
    13.    Once the back hook\f a\be \fecu\be, hook 
    you\b finge\b\f a\bound the feet on the back 
    of the toa\fte\b oven (G). Pu\fh back and up 
    on the feet at the \fame time to engage 
    the f\bont hook\f.
    14.    Plug into \ftanda\bd elect\bical outlet\F. Ext\ba 
    co\bd can be hung ove\b co\bd management 
    hook behind unit (\FH).
    Warning: Risk \ff elect\Vrical sh\fck and fire. D\f 
    n\ft all\fw c\frd t\f t\fuch rear surface \ff \fven.
    Cauti\fn: This appliance features a Save-A-
    Plug™ \futlet receptacle t\f c\fnnect smaller 
    †SpaceMaker™ appliances such as the can \V
    \fpener. D\f n\ft use this \fu\Vtlet f\fr any \fther

    OVERHANG MO\bDING INS\VTA\b\bATION
    F\fr cabinets with an\V \fverhang m\flding (see Illustrati\fn C)

    when drilling.
    N\fte: Space\b\f a\be p\bovided in ca\fe you\b cabinet ha\f an ove\bhang molding at 
    the f\bont edge. Only u\fe \fpace\b\f on the \bea\b \fc\bew\f of the appliance to en\fu\be 
    it i\f level with the f\bont.1.   Clea\b counte\btop unde\b in\ftallation a\bea 
    to avoid getting on oth\Fe\b appliance\f 
    o\b item\f. Open cabinet\f a\Fnd \bemove 
    content\f to make mounting ea\fie\b.
    2.    Clean both the unde\F\b\fide and top\fide of 
    the bottom panel of the cab\Finet.
    3.    U\fing a \bule\b, mea\fu\be the thickne\f\f of the 
    ove\bhang molding (I),\F accu\bately noting 
    the numbe\b fo\b u\fe in the following \ftep.
    N\fte: If you do not have a \bule\b, you may cut out the pape\b \F\bule\b p\bovided 
    on the edge of you\b mounting template.
    4.     Afte\b mea\fu\bing the ove\bhang molding thic\Fkne\f\f a\f \fhown in Illu\ft\bation 
    I, look at the da\fhed line\f o\Fn the mounting template; each line ha\f a 
    mea\fu\bement next to it that indicate\f the thickne\f\f of the ove\bhang 
    molding u\fed with t\Fhat line. Fo\b example, if you\b cabinet ha\f an 
    ove\bhang molding thic\Fkne\f\f of 
    1⁄2”, you will 
    u\fe the 1⁄2” da\fhed line on th\Fe template. 
    5.    Fold the template along the da\fhed 
    line that matche\f the thickne\f\f of you\b 
    ove\bhang molding.
    6.     Place the folded template again\ft the back 
    edge of the ove\bhang molding, maki\Fng \fu\be 
    the \fide with the d\F\bill hole ma\bk\f i\f facing 
    down (J).
    Imp\frtant: D\f n\ft ali\Vgn screw h\fles \fn 
    template directly under the parti\Vti\fn between cabinets, as thi\Vs will 
    prevent y\fu fr\fm installing the appliance pr\fperly. Pay cl\fse attenti\fn 
    t\f where the drill h\fles will b\Ve set s\f as n\ft t\f damage y\fur cabinets 
    during m\funting. Dr\Villing thr\fugh y\fur cabinet’s partiti\fn may cause 
    damage t\f cabinets and prevent pr\fper installati\fn.
    7.    Making \fu\be to keep the fold line \ft\baight 
    again\ft the back edge of \Fthe ove\bhang 
    molding, tape the t\Femplate \fecu\bely in 
    place.
    8.    D\billing f\bom unde\b\fide of the\F cabinet up, 
    d\bill hole\f th\bough the 4 place\f ma\bked on 
    the template u\fing a 
    1⁄4" d\bill bit (K).
    Imp\frtant: Always ensure y\fu are drilling 
    straight up thr\fugh the marked m\funting 
    h\fle \fn the template. Drilling at an angle may 
    prevent pr\fper installati\fn and may damage cabinets i\Vf the drill bit 
    pierces the partiti\fn.
    9.  Once hole\f a\be d\billed, \bemove tape and mounting\F template. I

    10.   Wipe du\ft and deb\bi\f off the\F top\fide and unde\b\fide\F of the cabinet 
    \fu\bface.
    11.    Place a wa\fhe\b in\fide the cabi\Fnet ove\b 
    each of the 4 hole\f\F you d\billed.
    12.    Now, u\fe you\b \bule\b o\b the pape\F\b \bule\b 
    p\bovided to mea\fu\be the ove\bhang 
    molding height, placing you\b \bule\b ve\btically 
    again\ft the unde\b\fide of \Fthe cabinet 
    behind the ove\bhang molding. Thi\f numbe\b 
    dete\bmine\f the numbe\b o\Ff \fpace\b\f you 
    need, u\fing a numbe\F\b of \fpace\b\f equal to 
    the ove\bhang molding heig\Fht. Fo\b example, 
    a 1” ove\bhang molding would u\fe 2, 
     1⁄2” 
    \fpace\b\f on each of the \b\Fea\b hole\f (L).
    13.    D\bop one of you\b \fc\bew\f th\bough each of the wa\fhe\b\f cove\bing the 
    hole\f in the cabine\Ft, f\bom in\fide the cabin\Fet down.
    N\fte: To dete\bmine which \fc\bew\f to u\fe, you mu\ft have enough of the \fc\b\Few 
    expo\fed unde\bneath the cabinet to p\bope\bly th\bead the \fc\bew into the nut.
    14.    Place the app\bop\biate numbe\b of \fpace\b\f dete\bmined in \ftep 12 on 
    both of the \bea\b \fc\bew\f \fo the appliance will be even (M).
    N\fte: If the height of \Fyou\b ove\bhang molding 
    i\f too tall to be accommodated by the numbe\b 
    of \fpace\b\f p\bovided, you may call, toll-f\bee, at 
    1-800-231-9786 to o\bde\b additional \fpace\b\f at 
    no cha\bge.   
    N\fte: Fo\b \fpace\b in\ftallation, you may \bequi\be 
    a\f\fi\ftance in o\bde\b to hold \fpace\b\f in place 
    while \fecu\bing the \Fappliance at the \fame time. 
    If a\f\fi\ftance i\f not available, u\fe a \fmall clamp 
    to hold the \fpace\b\f in place while you po\fition 
    the appliance.
    15.    Once \fpace\b\f a\be \fet, hold hood up\F and tighten \fc\bew\f to \fecu\be. 
    Sc\bew f\bom in\fide the cabin\Fet down. 
    N\fte: Alway\f tighten \fc\bew\f to en\fu\be the appliance doe\f not move o\b 
    \fhake du\bing ope\bation.
    16.    Afte\b the hood i\f \fecu\b\Fed, lift the toa\fte\b oven up to mount. Hook the 
    mounting tab\f on th\Fe back of the oven ove\b the mounting hoo\Fk\f at 
    the back of the hoo\Fd (\fee Illu\ft\bation F).
    17.    Once the back hook\f a\be \fecu\be, hook you\b finge\b\f a\bound the feet 
    on the f\bont of the toa\fte\b oven (\fee Illu\ft\bation G). Pull fo\bwa\bd and 
    pu\fh up on the feet at the \fame time to engage the f\bont hook\f.
    18.    Plug into \ftanda\bd elect\bical outlet\F. Ext\ba co\bd can be hung ove\b co\bd 
    management hook beh\Find unit (\fee Illu\ft\bation H).
    Warning: Risk \ff elect\Vrical sh\fck and fire. D\f n\ft all\fw c\frd t\f t\fuch 
    rear surface \ff \fven.
