The projector can detect the limits for the zoom, focus and shift of the current mounted lens. It will use these limits for the lens calibration and for the zoom, focus and shift values during a lens adjustment. How to select 1. Push the cursor key↑or↓to select Absolute positioning. (menu 7-27) 2. PressENTERto select. TheAbsolute positioningmenu will be displayed. (menu 7-28) 3. Push the cursor key↑or↓to select Absolute positioning and pressENTERto toggle between ON and OFF. When ON, zoom, focus and shift calibration can be set to ON and a calibration can be executed for the activated item. When ON and all calibration items are set to OFF, no calibration will take place whenExecute calibration. No calibration will be done at startup. However the lens absolute positioning is still functioning (the latest saved calibrations are used). 4. To activate a calibration, push the cursor key↑or↓to select the desired calibrationand pressENTERto toggle between ON and OFF. The following calibrations can be selected: - Zoom calibration - Focus calibration - Shift calibration 5. To execute the calibration, push the cursor key↑or↓to selectExecute calibration Calibration of the lens is started. This process can take several minutes when all calibration items areON. 7. Installation 7.7 Quick Access Keys About quick access keys The function keys F1 to F5 can be customer programmed to directly open a pre-stored menu. That menu can be any independent menu out of the list of menus. A menu which is built up by the content of a previous menu cannot be stored behind a shortcut. How to create a shortcut key Scroll to the desired menu. Press the function key behind which the menu must be stored for 5 seconds. When the creation is successfully, a confirmation message appears on the screen. E.g. : Lens. Menus displaying a variable list cannot be selected for quick access. If a menu cannot be stored for quick access, no notification is displayed, the quick access functionality will not work. How to clear a quick access key 1.
