Regulatory Information Phaser 6500 Color Laser Printer User Guide 154 Electromagnetic Interference Xerox® has tested this product to electromagnetic emission and immunity standards. These standards are designed to mitigate interference caused or received by this product in a typical office environment. United States FCC Regulations This equipment was tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential environment. This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy. If it is not installed and used in accordance with these instructions, it can cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference does not occur in a particular installation.
