1.5 Selecting a location Select a level, stable place with adequate space for air circulation. Allow extra space for opening covers and trays. The area should be well-ventilated and away from direct sunlight or sources of heat, cold, and humidity. Do not set the printer close to the edge of your desk or table. 2.3 Duplex MarginIn this menu, you can set the margins for double- sided printing. You can increase or decrease the value in 0.1 mm increments. •Top Margin: Set the top margin, from 0.0 to 9.9 mm. 2.4 Graphic menu Use the Graphic menu to change settings affecting the quality of the printed characters and images. ItemExplanation Resolution Specify the number of dots printed per inch (dpi). 2.5 Emulation menu Use the Emulation menu to configure printer language emulation. Job Timeout You can set the length of time the printer waits before printing the last page of a print job that does not end with a command to print the page. The default is 15 sec.
