01 INTRODUCTION 
01 .Ol The data governing overall system 
operation and feature execution for the STRATA 
XII & XX systems is stored in read-only-memory 
(ROM) and cannot be altered in the field. How- 
ever, the data controlling operation of the various 
options, both system and station, is stored in 
random-access-memory (RAM) and can easily 
be changed according to individual installation 
requirements.
