INSERTER 3-16 Alarm display If the [START] key indicator on the inserter operation panel is blinking and the [PUNCH] key or [STAPLE] key indicator is also blinking or solidly lit, operation will not start when the [START] key is pressed. INSERTER 3-17 3 Misfeed removal When a misfeed occurs in the inserter, remove the misfed paper following the procedure below. Misfeed in the inserter 1Gently move the inserter away from the machine while pressing the button. 2Remove the misfed paper from the main unit. Be careful not to tear the misfed paper during removal.
