     Good Postures When Using the Monitor
     Try to  maintain  a good  po stu re when using th e mon itor. 
      
     
    zKeep your ba ck straight.   zKeep a d istanc e o f about 45 ~ 50 cm be tween  yo ur eye s a nd the 
    mon itor sc reen . Look  at the sc reen  from sligh tly above  it, and have  
    the monito r directly in front o f you.  
    zTilt the mo nitor up wa rds  by  10 ~20 degrees. Ad jus t th e monitor 
    height so that the top  of the monito r is  slightly  below eye level.  
    zAdju st the mon itor ang le so that there is no reflected light o n the 
    screen.Try  to maintain y our  arms  pe rpen dic ular  to  yo ur  armpits.   
    zKeep your arms lev el with the b ack of y our hand s.   zKeep the  ang le of the elbow perp endicular.   zKeep the  ang le of the kne es at more than 90 degree. Do not let y our 
    feet fall up  from th e floor. Adju st the a rm p osition so that it is b elo w 
    the hea rt.
