Take care when removing paper from the machine. 1Open the front door. 2Pull the toner cartridge out, lightly pushing it down. 3If necessary, pull the manual tray out. 4Remove the jammed paper by gently pulling it straight out. 5If necessary, push the manual tray back into the machine. 6Reinstall the toner cartridge and close the front door.
