Do the following procedure below to set up the machine so the error information is saved 
automatically to the HDD when a user has problems with the ma chine. Then ask the user 
to reproduce the problem. 
 
5.9.1  SWITCHING ON AND SETTING UP SAVE DEBUG LOG 
The debug information cannot be saved until the “Save Debug Log” function has been 
switched on and a target has been selected. 
1.  Enter the SP mode and switch the Save Debug Log feature on.

inserted in the service slot. 
5.  Now touch “5858” and specify the events that you want to record in the debug  log. SP5858 (Debug Save When) provides  the following items for selection.

5.9.4  NEW DEBUG LOG CODES 
SP5857-015 Copy SD Card-to-SD Card: Any Desired Key 
This SP copies the log on an SD card (the file that contains the information written directly 
from shared memory) to a log specified by ke y number. The copy operation is executed in 
the log directory of the SD card inserted in th e same slot. (This function does not copy from
