Accidental electric leakage from the mounting bolts securing the up/down unit to metal laths or wire laths can cause heat, smoke or fire. Confirm the bolts of the unit are certainly caught by the up/down unit by pulling the elite Panaboard after hanging the elite Panaboard on the up/down unit if the unit is mounted on a wall.
