Set different multicast addresses for each camera. – – • This may occur due to the display adapter and driver combination. When this occurred, update the driver of the display adapter to the latest version first. If updating the driver does not solve the problem, adjust the hardware acceleration as follows. Check the recommended settings of the camera when operating MPEG-4 images. • It may be possible that load of the connected device is heavy. In this case, it may sometimes be improved by reducing load of the connected device. 9 – • When this software is running, the PC may sometimes not go into the sleep mode. Even the PC went into the sleep mode, the following may occur after returning from the sleep mode. • Live images are not refreshed • Cameras for the sequence display are not switched When using this software, configure the PC not to go into the sleep mode. – The PC does not go into the sleep mode (system stand- by or system suspension). Images are not displayed correctly after returning from the sleeping mode, for example, live images are not refreshed. • The value set for Maximum refresh interval (JPEG/ VGA) on the [Performance] tab of the System page may not be appropriate. Set an appropriate value for Maximum refresh interval (JPEG/VGA) on the [Performance] tab of the System page. 21 • It may be possible that the PC in use does not meet the system requirement. Click the [OK] button, and then start the setup software after closing the operation software. •The hardware key is not inserted into the USB port of the PC. Start the setup software after inserting the hardware key into the USB port. SolutionMessage It is impossible to start the setup software unless the operation software is closed.
