About Network Camera Setup
Problem Cause and Remedy
When Setup

Network
Camera. Reconnect the AC adaptor if installation is not completed within
20 minutes.
 Do not connect Network Camera over a broadband router.
Setup program cannot detect Network Camera.
 If IP address is not assigned to the PC, setup program cannot
find Network Camera. Confirm that IP address is assigned to
the PC in the...

 IP address and Subnet Mask of the PC and the Network
Camera must be in the same class of the private IP address on
the LAN. Refer to page 25.
 The network congestion prevents Top Page from appearing

 A proxy server may prevent you from connecting directly to
Network Camera, set up not to use the proxy server. Refer to
