13 MPEG2 Decoder Front Panel qPower Indicator (OPERATE) This indicator lights up when the power of the decoder is on. When the temperature inside the decoder becomes remarkably high, this indicator will start blinking. It will take around 2 minutes to start up the decoder after turning the power on. During start up, the STATUS indicators (STATUS 1 - 5) will light up in order. When the STATUS 5 indicator lights up, it is possible to operate the decoder.
