10 MAJOR OPERATING CONTROLS AND THEIR FUNCTIONS qPower Indicator (OPERATE) This indicator lights up when the power of the encoder is on. When the temperature inside the encoder becomes remarkably high, this indicator will start blinking. It will take around 2 minutes and 45 seconds to start up the encoder after turning the power on.
