14 Settings Battery Charge Place the handset on the base unit and charge for about 15 hoursbefore initial use. •The CHARGE/LOCATOR indicator lights and a beep sounds. Recharge Recharge Recharge the battery when: —“Recharge” is displayed on the handset, —“ ” flashes on the display, or —the handset beeps intermittently while it is in use. •If you DO NOT recharge the handset battery for more than 15 minutes, the display will continually indicate “Recharge” and/or “” will flash when the handset is lifted off the base unit.
