    Mail Setup (MAIL SETUP)
    8Alarm Mail Setup (ALARM MAIL SETUP)
    Sending Mail (SEND MAIL)
    OFF: 
    Does not send.
    ON: Sends an e-mail to a maximum of four recipi-
    ents when an alarm operates.
    Attaching Alarm Image (ATTACH ALARM IMAGE)
    OFF:
    Does not attach.
    ON:Attaches the image of the alarmed channel to
    the mail.
    Mail Server Address (MAIL SERVER ADDRESS)
    Enter from the keyboard.
    Sender Address (FROM ADDRESS)
    Enter from the keyboard, and click the SET button.
    8Set Mail Address (SET MAIL ADDRESS)
    Enter from the keyboard, and click the [SET] button. 
    A maximum of four addresses can be set.
    8Delete Mail Address (DELETE MAIL ADDRESS)
    Enter or select the address you wish to erase,
    and click the [DELETE] button.
    Note:Use the VIEW.HTML to open the attached image
    and view it in the normal aspect. Otherwise, it will
    be vertically reduced to half size.

    Fast-forwards the recorded image on the WJ-HD200 to
    the end position.
    !8To the Latest Frame Button (TO LATEST)
    Jumps the recorded image to the latest frame of the
    record.
    !9Previous Frame Button (PREV FRAME)
    Returns the frame one step to the previous.
    @0Pause Button (PAUSE)
    Pauses the playback image.
    @1Stop Button (STOP)
    Stops playbacks including REW, PREV FRAME, PAUSE,
    PLAY, NEXT FRAME, and FF.
    Main Control Panel
    8Camera Selection Button (Camera Select) 
    Click any of the buttons. 
    The selected camera channel will be displayed in the
    image area.
    8Multiscreen Selection Button (Multiscreen Select)
    Clicking the button displays the respective multiscreen.
    8Live Sequence Button (LIVE SEQUENCE)
    Clicking the [LIVE SEQUENCE] button runs a series of
    live images in the preset sequence and for the preset
    display time.
    8Alarm Reset Button (ALARM RESET)
    The activated alarm event is reset.

    8Time & Date Search Button (TIME&DATE
    SEARCH)
    Clicking the button will display the time and date search
    dialog.
    1. Specify the date, time, and channel. 
    2. Click the [SEARCH] button.
    The image will be searched, and displayed in the
    image area.
    Note:Searching may take 18 seconds at worst particu-
    larly when the recorder runs simultaneous recording
    and playback, and/or when the targeted image is of
    small size.
    8Camera Control View Button (CAMERA CONTROL VIEW)
    Clicking the [CAMERA CONTROL VIEW] button opens
    the window.
    Camera Selectbutton displays the live image of the
    selected camera number.
    Main Control Panel Tabreturns the window to the
    main control panel.
    ZOOM (WIDE/TELE)buttons zoom the image in or out.
    FOCUS (FAR/NEAR/AUTO)buttons adjust the focus of
    the image. When AUTO is clicked, the camera will
    adjust the focus by itself.
    IRIS (CLOSE/OPEN/RESET)buttons adjust the iris of
    the image. When RESET is clicked, the iris will return to
    the factory default setting.
    AUTO PAN (ON/OFF)buttons allow the camera to pan
    endlessly within the preset range. 
    PRESETallows the camera to turn to the preset posi-
    tion specified by the number.
    PAN/TILT Control:
    Clicking the desired direction in the image display area
    will move the camera if it is mounted on a pan/tilt table.
    The image display area is assigned panning/tilting
    function with the mouse click. The 25-split (5x5) areas
    are invisible, but each represents a moving direction:
    up, down, right or left.

    Clicking the alarm list tab on the main control panel opens
    the list.
    Alarm events are listed with event numbers, dates, channel
    numbers, and event types.
    PREVbutton returns the list page to previous one.
    NEXTbutton opens the next page.
    Alarm List Searchbutton opens the search dialog.
    Event types are abbreviated as follows in the list.
    TERM: The alarm terminal on the rear of the WJ-HD200
    is activated.
    VMD: The built-in Video Motion Detector operates.
    PC:The recorder received an alarm from a PC.
    Alarm List
    Specify the month, day, year, and time of the event you
    wish to search.
    Click the [OK] button. The dialog disappears, and the
    searched event will be highlighted in the alarm list.
    Note:Searching may take 18 seconds at worst particularly
    when the recorder runs simultaneous recording and
    playback, and/or when the targeted image is of small
    size. 
    						
    							Slow image refreshment and/or slow

    When accessing via the network:

    Power is not turned on.

    TROUBLESHOOTING
    Power cord not properly connected
    No disk available
    Disconnection of camera, camera
    cable, or VIDEO IN BNC.
    Ventilation blocked, or failure of cooling
    fan
    HDD status may have changed, or a
    malfunction may have occurred.
    Lens cap not removed from the cam-
    era, some device is not turned on, or
    brightness and contrast of the monitor
    are improperly adjusted.Refer to HDD MAINTENANCE in
    Appendix to confirm the HDD status.
    Consult your dealer when a malfunction
    is found.
    Connect the respective camera, cable,
    or connector properly.
    Remove obstacles, or consult your
    dealer for servicing.
    Reset the recorder to the factory
    defaults (page 24) and enter a new
    password.
    Check the HDD status referring to HDD
    MAINTENANCE. Consult your dealer
    when a malfunction is confirmed.
    Detach the lens cap, turn on the
    device, or adjust the monitor. Error message CH n LOSS (n=1-8) is
    displayed on the monitor.
    Error message TEMP ERROR is dis-
    played on the monitor.
    Administrator password cannot be
    recalled.
    DISK MENU appears when turning on
    the power.
    Camera picture is not displayed on the
    monitor.
    Cause What to do
    Nine-split display does not function. Set it to ALL.QUAD ONLY may be set for MULTI
    SELECT MODE.
    Setup menus supplied from the Matrix
    Switcher are not recorded.The WJ-HD200 does not record non-
    interlace video.
    Wait until the preceding accesses end.
    Wait until the preceding accesses end. Front panel buttons on the recorder are
    being operated, or more than four PCs
    access the recorder.
    Network is busy.
    Intermittent sound reproduction  Network is busy.
    No click sound desired. Change the setting as follows: Control
