Typical drying times Introduction The printer automatically adapts the default drying time. The default drying time depends on the following.■ The media type ■ The ambient humidity ■ The print mode. When you print grayscale in the 'Check' quality mode, the system decreases the drying time to 20% of the default value. You can change the drying time for all the media types.
