Attendant Call Queuing Attendant Call Queuing helps minimize congestion if your atten- dant extension is the overflow destination for unanswered calls. As an attendant, your extension is never busy to your co-workers. Instead, an unlimited number of Intercom calls can queue (i.e., wait in line) for you to become free.
