    7.2 Picture-in-Picture 
    MenuThe little window that is displayed on your screen is called the Picture-in-Picture 
    (PIP) windows.  You can make this window appear or disappear anytime during 
    the configuration.  The PIP can be displayed in any quadrant.
    Set PIP display:

    Press the MENU
     button to display the onscreen icons.

    Select icon that displays a picture with a little window.  The icon is called 
    SETTING THE PIP DISPLAY POSITION

    PIP position: Sets the display position for PIP on the monitor screen.  Possible 
    settings are:
    Top right
    Top left
    Bottom right
    Bottom Left
    PIP format: Sets the video image to be displayed in PIP.
    Non_Mirror:  displays the video image as is
    Mirror:  displays the video image as it would be seen in a mirror
    PIP of Snap: Sets the display image to be shown in the PIP when a snapshot is 
    displayed on the screen.
    Send:  displays the motion video image that is sent to the far-end
    Receive:  displays the motion video image being transmitted by the 
    far-end

    Move the cursor up and down with CAMERA CONTROL 
    button to select 
    the appropriate option.

     button to toggle

    7.3 Camera Preset 
    MenuDuring a videoconference, you may want the camera to point at a particular 
    person or location, such as at the main speaker or at a flipchart.  Camera presets 
    are buttons that let you store camera positions for the main and sub-camera.  After 
    you set a camera preset, all you have to do is press one numerical button to make 
    the main or sub-camera move to that stored preset.
    To set camera preset button:
    ¬
    Set the camera to the desired position.  Adjust the image using CAMERA 
    CONTROL
     and ZOOM
     buttons.  Keep doing this until the camera is 
    showing the image exactly the way you want it.

     button to display the on-screen icons.

    Select  REGISTRATING THE CAMERA PRESET POSITION

    using the left or right side of the CAMERA CONTROL 
    button.

    Camera preset selection allows two setting:  NEAR END
     and FAR END

    Select the camera that is to be preset.
    The CAMERA PRESET
     SELECT
     option is highlighted, using the 
    CAMERA CONTROL
     button (press left or right side) select between the 
    NEAR END
     and FAR END
     camera options.  Press the ENTER
     button when 
    the selection is made.

    Select the preset number.
    To highlight the PRESET NUMBER
     option, use the NUMBER
     buttons or 
    the CAMERA CONTROL
     button to select a preset number.  Press the 
    ENTER
     button when the selection is made.
    Note:
    The VL allows for up to 9 camera presets.  The first three of the nine presets 
    are voice activated and are in yellow.

    Select the talker name.
    Enter the name you would like displayed everytime the preset is activated.  
    Highlight the letter or number to be selected, press the ENTER
     button to 
    input and use  the CANCEL
     button to delete last selected option.   After 
    entering the name move cursor to COMPLETE
     and press ENTER
     button to 
    store.

    7.4 Audio 
    ConditioningPerforms audio training function by generating white noise.  This is to condition 
    the room acoustically.
