Chapter 10 SUPERVISOR REPORTS
Use the Supervisor Reports option on the MCS Main Menu to view daily 
statistics on operator activity. Error messages are added to the end of each day’s 
file for easy access and display.

Operator Statistics
When a report is chosen for viewing, the following statistics are displayed for each 
operator:
Login The time that the operator logged into the MCS and the 
Operator Functions screen.
Logout The time that the operator logged out of the Operator 
Functions screen.
Internal Answered The number of internal calls answered by the operator while 
in On-Line or Park-off status.
