Remove
1.Disconnect battery earth lead.
2.Disconnect alternator. 
3.Remove body rear assembly.

Repair
1.Remove existing panel(s), prepare panel joint 
faces and install new panel(s) in accordance 
with Panel Replacement Procedure. Punch or

Remove 1.Disconnect battery earth lead. 2.Disconnect alternator. 3.Remove heat shield from spare wheel well. Repair 1.Remove existing panel(s), prepare panel joint faces and install new panel(s) in accordance with Panel Replacement Procedure. Punch or drill holes in new panel for plug welding as shown. The floor longitudinal closing panel may also be 
changed with the floor longitudinal closing panel.
Remove
1.Disconnect battery earth lead.
2.Disconnect alternator. 
3.Remove heat shield from spare wheel well. 
Repair
1.Remove existing panel(s), prepare panel joint 
faces and install new panel(s) in accordance 
with Panel Replacement Procedure. Punch or 
drill holes in new panel for plug welding as 
shown.
