Preparations 2-2OPERATION GUIDE Loading Paper Paper can be loaded into the copier via the cassette or MP tray. Before Loading Paper When you open a new package of paper, fan through the sheets to separate them slightly prior to loading. If the paper is curled or folded, straighten it before loading. Paper that is curled or folded may cause paper jams. IMPORTANT: If you copy onto used paper (paper already used for copying), do not use paper that is stapled or clipped together. IMPORTANT: When setting Ledger paper, move the length size adjustment tab to the right side end and push it down as shown in the illustration below. 5Set the paper straight from the upper part. Up to 50 sheets of standard (80 g/m 2) paper (25 sheets of Ledger R, Legal R or A3, B4, Oficio 2, Folio) can be set.
