2Check to see that the paper 
misfeed indicator lamp has gone 
out and then set the MP Tray 
paper again.
IMPORTANT: Paper misfeed in the MP Tray (except J10)
In the case where “J20 is displayed, refer to Paper misfeed in the Left 
Cover internal section and remove the paper.
In the case where “J40 is displayed, refer to Paper misfeed in the Left 
Cover internal section and remove the paper.
When removing jammed paper, do not pull it out from the MP tray side.
