Print borderless documents Borderless printing lets you print to the edges of certain photo media types and a range of standard media sizes. NOTE: You cannot print a borderless document if the paper type is set to Plain paper . NOTE: Before printing a borderless document, open the file in a software application and assign the image size. 3 Scan You can use the printer’s control panel to scan documents, photos, and other originals and send them to a variety of destinations, such as a folder on a computer. You can also scan these originals from your computer using either the HP software provided with the printer or TWAIN-compliant or WIA-compliant programs.
