Magenta cartridge low Description The print cartridge is nearing the estimated end of its useful life. Recommended action The product indicates when the print-cartridge level is low. The actual print-cartridge life remaining can vary. Consider having a replacement cartridge avail able to install when the print quality is no longer acceptable. The print cartridge does not need to be replaced now. Magenta cartridge very low Description The print cartridge is at the estimated end of its useful life. Print quality might decrease. Replace the print cart ridge when the print quality becomes unacceptable. Recommended action To ensure optimal print quality, HP recommends replac ing the print cartridge at this point. You do not need to replace the print cartridge at this time unless the print quality is no longer acceptable. The actual print-cartridge life can vary. Once an HP print cartridge has reached the very low threshold, the HP Premium Protection Warranty on that print cartridge has ended. When choosing to continue printing past the very low threshold, all print defects or print-cartridge failures will not be considered to be defects in materials or workmanship in the print cartridge under the HP Print Cartridge Warranty Statement. Unsupported supply installed Description One of the print cartridges is for a different HP product. Recommended action Remove the print cartridge from that slot, and install a cartridge that is for the HP product. Used supply in use Description One of the print cartridges has been previously used. Recommended action If you believe you purchased a genuine HP supply, go to www.hp.com/go/anticounterfeit. Wrong cartridge in slot Description The indicated slot for a print cartridge contains a ca rtridge that is not the correct color.
